It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Any loss resulting from sharing account credentials with a third party is entirely the responsibility of the user concerned.
3.3 Closing an Account
You may voluntarily close your account at any time. Contact the support team to do so. You are advised to complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on pb888 is ৳300 (per method). Accepted payment methods are:

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: receive a ৳1,000 bonus and complete ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Terms of Use
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
- Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
- pb888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus terms at any time.
- If fraudulent use of a bonus is found, pb888 has the right to close the account.
5.4 VIP Program
pb888 offers three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play and active participation on the platform.
6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
